Everyone has different goals, motivations and barriers when it comes to fitness, which is why at Tori Redmond Training I don't offer generic pre-made programmes. Every programme I create is tailored to you. I take into account factors like time pressures, your exercise likes and dislikes, your goals and what motivates you. I've found that this bespoke approach is the best way to keep my clients on track and enjoying their time working out.
I offer both purely online personal training as well as video and in person sessions for those based in the Val de Bagnes. If you have a home gym I can travel to you, alternatively we can train at a studio in Verbier or even have outdoor sessions through the summer!
