Menopause Movement Specialist

Women aged 40-60 are one of the most motivated demographics when it comes to health and exercise, but also one with a lot of potential barriers to overcome. The barriers are often multiple, including: busy and stressful careers; family responsibilities; hormonal changes resulting in low energy, aches and pains, reduced bladder control; worries about injury risk.

I want to help women find a balance to make staying fit and healthy a priority so that they can do the things they love with the people they love.

Research has shown that exercise can help with managing several menopause symptoms:

  • Boosts mood and energy levels

  • Maintains bone density to help against osteoporosis

  • Improves pelvic floor strength

  • Prevents weight gain by increasing lean muscle mass

  • May help decrease hot flushes
