About Tori Redmond Training
Tori is a ski instructor and personal trainer from Lancashire, UK, now based in Verbier Switzerland.

Tori has been a ski instructor and coach in Verbier since 2016 and a BASI (British Association of Ski Instructors) Trainer/Examiner since 2022. Tori has always been interested in staying fit and enjoying the outdoors and began to take a more focussed approach whilst training for her ski instructor exams. This led to qualifying as a NASM Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2019 and completing a specialisation course in Performance Enhancement (fitness training for sporting performance) in 2020. After working with various female clients Tori also became a Menopause Movement specialist in 2023 in order to be able to better serve women at different stages of life and ensure their fitness programme is right for them.
Tori’s fitness ethos is that the time you spend in the gym should enable you to live a lifestyle you love with more enjoyment and ease. That means becoming stronger, more flexible, and more stable so that when you get outdoors you can achieve your goals with less difficulty, less fatigue, and less chance of injury.

The programmes Tori designs are progressive and functional. A progressive programme ensures that you continue to see improvements every week as you increase the number of reps, the weights you use or challenge your stability with less and less stable surfaces. A functional programme means that you will be using your whole body in a wide range of movements in all planes of motion. By combining these two factors you will find your fitness improves without stagnations and your body is ready for all kinds of activities!
